The passage of time

There’s nothing quite like sunset (or sunrise). For me, it conveys a sense of time passing, a sense of change. Light changing into darkness, or darkness changing into light. What’s difficult to bear will eventually pass. What’s wonderful and delightful will also pass. The passage of time is impartial. It is harsh but not evil. Continue reading
